By accessing or using Dental Network Kenya ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a clinic or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Dental Network Kenya is a technology platform that connects patients with KMPDC-registered dental professionals and clinics across Kenya. We are NOT a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed dental practitioner.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Dental professionals must hold a valid KMPDC registration. Clinics must be duly registered under Kenyan law. We reserve the right to verify credentials and suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate.
Dental professionals and clinics agree that all information provided (qualifications, services, pricing) is accurate, current, and compliant with KMPDC and KDA guidelines. Misleading listings will result in immediate suspension.
Clinics using our SHA/SHIF billing module are responsible for ensuring their claim submissions comply with current SHA benefit schedules. Dental Network Kenya facilitates submission but does not guarantee reimbursement outcomes. Disputes with the Social Health Authority must be resolved directly with SHA.
Subscription tiers (Silver, Gold, Diamond) are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if the service has not been materially used. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
All content, branding, and technology on the Platform are owned by Dental Network Kenya or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Dental Network Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to clinical outcomes, insurance claim rejections, or data loss beyond our control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
